Customer Reviews
Smooth purchase, clear info
I bought tickets for a rock and indie concert last month. The website navigation was pretty straightforward, found the event quickly. I opted for digital tickets which were emailed promptly after purchase, no issues downloading them to my phone. I had a quick question about potential rescheduling and used their customer service contact form; got a reply within 24 hours which was helpful, though it didn't fully resolve my hypothetical query. The only small thing was seeing other events I was interested in were already sold out, but that's not really their fault. Overall, a solid experience and I'd use them again for sure.
Reliable for festival tickets
I've used See Tickets for years, mostly for music festival tickets. This time I grabbed some early bird tickets for a summer festival. Just like before, it was straightforward. My last order for a pop concert went just as smoothly. They're consistently good, though I wish their presale access was sometimes less competitive.
First time, decent prices
This was my first time buying from See Tickets. I was looking for good deals on exhibition tickets and found some for a local museum event. The prices were competitive, especially with the exhibition promo code I found. It made the cost much more manageable for a family outing. The whole process felt worth it, from finding the event to getting the tickets emailed. Only minor thing was the booking fee added at checkout, which always stings a little, but the initial discount balanced it out well. I'd definitely check them again for future events.
Easy tickets, reliable service
I've bought tickets from See Tickets a few times now, most recently for a classical music concert. The process was smooth, as always. Got the digital tickets quickly. My only minor issue was the booking fee seemed a little higher this time compared to last year's festival tickets.
Easy concert ticket purchase
I bought tickets for a rock and indie concert. The process was quick, and I got my digital tickets right away. Booking fee was a bit high, but overall it was a smooth transaction.
Easy concert ticket purchase
Bought tickets for a rock concert. Site was straightforward. Got my digital tickets quickly. Booking fee was a bit high, but overall it worked well. Would use again for gigs.
Loved the immersive experience!
Just got tickets for an immersive experience for my birthday and it was fantastic! The booking was super easy, and my digital tickets arrived in my email right away. I'm so glad I found this event through See Tickets. Definitely buying all my future event tickets here!
Good value for theatre, delivery okay
I bought London theatre tickets for a West End show. The 2-for-1 offer was great, felt like good value for money. The website was easy to navigate to find the deal. Delivery for the paper tickets took a few extra days than I expected, but they arrived safely in the end. Customer service was responsive when I emailed about the delivery delay. Overall a solid experience, though shipping could be faster.
